Marketing Leader of The Week- Bunmi Adeniba

Our marketing leader for the week is Bunmi Adeniba of The Coca-Cola Company. She joined The Coca-Cola Company in January, 2022 as a Marketing Director and has since September 2022 been promoted as Senior Marketing Director, Front-Line Marketing, Africa.

Bunmi started her career, working for Cadbury as a Quality Control Manager, and left as a Brand Manager after 11 years. She join& Division Lead, Homecare Ghana & Nigeria.

In the marketing industry, there is hardly anyone who won’t describe Bunmi as “highly cerebral” when you ask about her. Her perspective on issues of marketing and branding are always insightful, and rightly uncommon.

Bunmi has an MBA from Hult International Business School and certificates from executive management programs from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA and IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. She is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and The Digital Marketing Institute. Bunmi is also a Fellow, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

Bunmi’s leadership abilities has seen her lead global bodies such as World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) and Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN), where she serves as Regional Vice President Africa and First Vice President, respectively.

Bunmi is happily married with 3 children
